No Warranties. B.A.L Decks, Patios, Fences & Porches disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, B.A.L Decks, Patios, Fences & Porches's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid B.A.L Decks, Patios, Fences & Porches in the 12 months preceding the claim.
