BAL Services arrived on time, thoroughly reviewed the project, and clearly explained the work needed to bring it up to code. A detailed estimate was provided, along with a projected start date, and I was kept informed throughout the process regarding supply orders and delivery timelines. The project was completed on schedule, and I appreciated the professionalism and clear communication from start to finish.

We are extremely happy with the excellent job done installing our new deck! The workmanship was outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. The crew was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was done properly from start to finish. Our new deck looks beautiful and is even better than we expected. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality deck installation!

Lois and his crew redid our deck and it turned out great. We had an existing wood-framed deck and instead of ripping the whole thing out, he used the existing frame as the foundation and extended it with PVC decking, so it's bigger now and we don't have to deal with wood maintenance anymore. He also enclosed underneath with a rain system, so we actually have dry storage space down there now, which we didn't before. He also did a stamped concrete patio for us, and it looks really nice with the deck. Team showed up when they said they would, kept us in the loop, and finished on time. No complaints, would use them again.
